Experienced Movers was founded with a vision: to become a trusted and leading moving company that operates with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. Having worked with moving companies in Miami and Tallahassee, Florida, our founder saw firsthand the challenges and issues that made potential customers hesitant to reach out for moving services. From hidden fees to unreliable service, the industry lacked the values and transparency that customers deserved.

Our Story

How It All Began

Experienced Movers started in 2003. The owner Darriss Stevens had three previous years of working for companies and noticed many things he would do different.

He began his journey of Experienced Movers while finishing up his degree. In 2006 after graduating and three years of doing local moves around Tallahassee, Experienced Movers was licensed.

Our company through the years have earned a great reputation through great customer service, competitive pricing and leaving customers with less stress through their moving process.
